TANJA MARINA BAY DEVELOPMENT

Tanja Marina Bay is a major waterfront regeneration programme within Tangier’s marina district. The development combines a maritime component for boating, cruise, ferry and fishing activities with an urban programme incorporating hotels, cultural facilities, public spaces, retail, entertainment, residential and office uses. The urban project extends across approximately 280,000 sqm of net land area with around 320,000 sqm of gross floor area. Cost management and quantity-surveying services supported commercial control and coordinated delivery across this diverse waterfront development.
