TAJ CITY

Taj City is a 3.5 million sqm mixed-use community in New Cairo, combining premium residential neighbourhoods with commercial, hospitality, healthcare, education and cultural uses. The project management assignment focused on Zone T, comprising 201 parcels across approximately 356,000 sqm of land and 279,376 sqm of built-up area. The zone includes villas, semi-detached villas, apartment buildings, clubhouse facilities and associated infrastructure and landscaping. The team provided project management services across this complex residential and community development programme.
