NORTH COAST SOUTH MED PROJECT

North Coast South MED Project is a large-scale mixed-use and urban development in North Coast / Alexandria, Egypt. Envisioned as a distinctive destination, the project spans approximately 23 million m², with total built up area around 11 million m². The development components are distributed over seven phases, including 4 hotels, swimmable lakes, golf courses, recreational green spaces, a new marina with yacht club services, and residential & commercial zones, complementing its unique urban lifestyle concept, and distributed over the seven phases. The assignment encompassed program management, with a focus on coordinated delivery, technical quality and programme control.
