NEW MARINA CASABLANCA

New Marina Casablanca is a major maritime and waterfront development in Casablanca, Morocco. The Casablanca Marina project has the ambition of giving a fresh impetus to the tourism positioning of the bay with the same name. This multi-purpose program (with a total surface area of 450 000 sqm) plans for hotels, offices, shops, leisure and events, and housing. The project is being developed on a total of 26 hectares and provides a total aggregate area of about 476,600 sqm of floor space, excluding parking, and its value exceeds the MAD 5 billion. The project reflects experience in project controls, applied within a complex delivery environment involving multiple disciplines and stakeholders.
