MOSTAKBAL CITY PHASE III

Mostakbal City Phase III is a large-scale mixed-use and urban development in New Cairo, Egypt. El Mostakbal City project is built on 11,000 acres, extending to the eastern extension of New Cairo, next to the Administrative Capital, and it is planned to be developed in five development phases. The scope of the services for the third phase includes Water, Sewage, Fire Fighting, Power and Roads networks in addition to bridges with length of 23 km and some general works such as fences, gates and service buildings on an area of 2039 acres. The project reflects experience in project management, applied within a complex delivery environment involving multiple disciplines and stakeholders.
