Forge Project is a large-scale mixed-use and urban development in Cairo, Egypt. Aldar is looking forward for potential acquisition of a portion of the issued and outstanding shares of the share capital (the “Transaction”) of Sixth of October for Development and Investment Company S. (“SODIC” or the “Company”) pursuant to a mandatory tender offer (“MTO”) made to all shareholders of the Company, according to applicable Egyptian laws and regulations. Services included technical due diligence, supporting the client in managing multidisciplinary technical and delivery requirements.
