ETCS LEVEL 1

ETCS Level 1 is a major transport infrastructure programme in Nationwide, Egypt. The railway sector in Egypt is managed and operated by a public entity under the Minister of Transport. In line with the Egyptian government’s ongoing efforts and Egypt Vision 2030 to attain development to the railways sector, the ENR intended to commission a specialized firm to provide the Consultancy Services for the Supervision and Management of the Contract for the Design, the Egyptian National Railway Modernization Project (ENRMP). The project is funded through the African Development Bank(AFDB). The team’s role included project management, design review, design management, and implementation supervision, supporting Egyptian National Railways (ENR) across the project’s key delivery stages.
