BARDIYAH DEVELOPMENT

Bardiyah Development is a large-scale waterfront tourism programme extending along more than 200 km of Libya’s Mediterranean coastline east of Tobruk. The first phase encompasses tourism strategy, environmental and land surveys, feasibility and marketing studies, master planning and conceptual design for a series of high-end resort and entertainment destinations. The team’s programme management role included consultant and procurement management together with technical, environmental, design, schedule, cost and quality control across the early development stages.
