ARK DEVELOPMENT PROJECT – PHASE 1 OF THE BUSINESS DISTRICT

ARK Development Project – Phase 1 of the Business District is a large-scale mixed-use and urban development in New Cairo, Egypt. Spread over a 90.46 Feddan of land, the project comprises Commercial, Residential, Administration, and Hotel areas. Phase 1 Business District represents an integrated workplace across its four buildings, spanning a total built-up area of 66,670 square meters. At ground level, the four buildings host commercial areas distinguished by high-end retail establishments, world-class dining venues, and recreational facilities. The assignment encompassed project management and design management, with a focus on coordinated delivery, technical quality and programme control.
