ABU QIR PORT DEVELOPMENT PROJECT

Abu Qir Port Development Project is a major maritime and waterfront development in Alexandria, Egypt. The expansion of Abu Qir Port includes the Northern and Sothern part in addition to the new acquired land the 9.6 million sqm offshore land will undergo 24 months of construction and development, accommodating 223 million cubic meters of dredging works, along with the excavation and backfill works using newfangled construction methodologies and equipment hosting 9,800 lane meters of beaches and 6,600 lane meters of submerged breakwaters, 11,900 lane meters of vertical breakwaters and 2,400 emerged breakwaters. The project reflects experience in design review, project management, and construction supervision consultancy services, applied within a complex delivery environment involving multiple disciplines and stakeholders.
