1-Ninety is a large-scale mixed-use and urban development in New Cairo, Egypt. The development includes one of the first branded residential for only the most prestigious organizations, an unparalleled variety of shopping destinations while introducing them to the next generation of casual and fine dining experiences, a sprawling green park thriving with a selection of native flora, and W Hotel by Marriott International. The components of the Project are an Office Park, a Five Star Hotel, Branded apartments, a Retail Center, and a Four Star Hotel. The assignment encompassed project management, with a focus on coordinated delivery, technical quality and programme control.
